Air pollution is an area that can be analyzed from two points: the International and cross-border and the national.

From the international point of view, we have participated in cross-border contamination cases in the United States, and regarding national experience, we assist our clients in the planning of a compliance and regularization strategy in air emissions matter, under federal jurisdiction (LAU and COA) as well as state jurisdiction. In the same manner, we design strategies for projects that are not in compliance in order to regularize their situation.
