The issue of the possible emissions certification has caused uncertainty in our country, some times due to lack of knowledge and other, due to lack of the correct advising.

In virtue of the above, it is very important to carry out a technical-legal prefeasibility study. In this regard, the Firm has ample experience in the identification and development of Clean Development Mechanisms (CDM) projects under the applicable schemes, advising our clients from the mentioned prefeasibility study, the selection of a certificator ad-hoc for the corresponding project, the elaboration of the project’s design Document (PDD), afterwards in the review and negotiation of the project with the Designated Operational Entity and up to the obtainment of the Letter of Approval of the Project by the Mexican Intersecretarial Commission on Climate Change (CICCA) with the ultimate objective of placing vourchers in the international emissions market.
