We have participated in diverse transactions related to energy and infrastructure projects on a large scale, advising both, creditors and debtors on social and environmental risks that could influence the development of projects. The Firm is very familiar with international evaluation standards such as those prepared by the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the World Bank, the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) and Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), among others. Likewise, we have worked with many of the signors of the Equator Principles as well as with non-signatory countries in the implementation of possible risks management criteria.
