We have worked with federal, state, and municipal environmental authorities in the analysis, creation, and elaboration on reforms to laws, regulations and Mexican Official Standards. In this sense, we have advised state governments to analyze valid environmental law and develop the modifications needed thus they will be adapted to a legal frame according to national and international trends in environmental matters. Also, we have collaborated with foreign governments in the preparation of informative reports and documents for promoting both, investment and the development of public policies for foreign countries. Additionally, we have prepared opinions for multilateral institutions relating to non-binding processes for controversies resolution.
